Hello again fellow Buffalo Brides!
Since the last blog post, not too much has happened….. as if we are in a wedding planning lull.
We are now a year and two months away from the day we say “ I Do,” and most of the very important things that we need to finalize are all for later dates to come this year. I cannot believe that this September marks our ONE YEAR away date from the wedding! My goodness has time been flying by!
For now, Joe and I are still in the market looking for our photographer, DJ and florist. Hopefully within a few more weeks to a month, we will have these very important staples settled and booked. With so many vendors around Buffalo, Williamsville and the Town of Niagara, it is so hard to pick just one, to make our special day all the more perfect.
Once fall rolls around, all of the bridesmaid dresses need to be ordered, which thankfully we have selected a few months ago, making that portion a breeze. Another big decision to be made very soon is my own gown. The more I decide to look, the harder picking one becomes.
Come winter, the big decisions need to be made. One of them being the wedding reception menu selections.
Do we do dual entrees? Do we do selection cards? Dessert spreads? Coffee bars?
The questions are endless….yet a must to contemplate over these next few months.
Save-the-dates need to go out, wedding stationary for the invitations to be selected; guest list finalization and bridal shower decisions are going to be here before we know it.
So for now, while we are experiencing a short “down time” in planning, that is all I have for all our fellow brides!
Until next time…
